As a Customer Service Representative you would enjoy a positive and supportive leadership team who is ready to help you succeed! We strive to provide a BETTER customer service experience for all of our clients. Customer Service Representatives, at Joshua Tree, communicate with clients on the phone and through email. They are able to provide support to our clients and help resolve any issues.

What else does a Customer Service Representative do?
  • Maintain client account for accurate and detailed information
  • Collect and enter services for new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with our clients
  • Communicate with clients to answer any questions or resolve any issues
  • Advise operational members in Tree Care, Lawn Care, and Pest Control of changes in services or necessary client information

What do you need to become a Customer Service Representative?
  • Excellent customer service skills including active listening
  • Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Able to remain professional and courteous in stressful situations
  • Proficient use of technology and ability to learn new software
  • Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week, overtime as needed
