  • Computer Hardware : Troubleshooting and maintenance
  • SCCM/Intune : Device management
  • Technical Proficiency : Operating systems, protocols, standards
  • Tool Operation : Tools, components, peripherals
  • Documentation : Read and understand manuals and guides
  • PC Imaging : Deploy and create images
Additional Responsibilities:
  • PC Lease Management : Oversee lease schedules
  • Hardware Repair : Coordinate repairs
  • OS Maintenance : Updates and patches
  • Telepresence Support : Setup and troubleshooting
  • Asset Management : Track equipment
  • Executive Support : Dedicated assistance
  • Lab Support : Vendor coordination and security compliance
  • Travel : Support at other sites (~45-50 miles)
  • Communication : Work with multiple vendors and teams
  • Availability : Off-hours and weekend support
Requirements
Experience:
  • Deskside Support : Hands-on support, ticket resolution
  • Data Management : Backup and restoration
  • PC Configuration : Setup and troubleshooting
  • Vulnerability Management : Remediation and patching
  • Infrastructure Support : On-site support
  • High School Diploma or relevant technical certification
