SummitStone Health Partners has an exciting opportunity for a Triage Supervisor, Acute Care, to join us and experience a level of caring and a spirit of teamwork that is uncommon in behavioral health today. This position provides leadership and support during assigned shift for acute levels of care, primarily operating out of our new 64-bed behavioral health facility. This position provides direct support to staff through communication, coordination and facilitation of staffing needed to achieve the best possible care for patients. Position is responsible for ensuring our acute care services are appropriately staffed at all times, monitoring and tracking staff training requirements, providing supervision as needed, and serving as the on-site administrator in the absence of facility Managers/Directors. Ensures acute care services are adequately staffed at all times, accounting for minimum staffing ratios and appropriately credentialed staff2. Manages daily schedules for our clinical and medical staff working in acute and bed-based care facilities3. Completes regular rounding of our bed-based care programming to communicate anticipated and current staffing gaps and needs4. Responsible for sending daily staffing to acute care services leadership5. Reviews and approves time off requests for clinical and medical staff working in acute and bed-based care facilities6. Monitors and tracks staff training requirements, working directly with training department to develop and review staff training plan for acute care services7. Maintains knowledge of regulatory and licensing requirements related to behavioral health staffing across multiple levels of care8. Serve as the on-site administrator for our acute care bed-based facilities in the absence of Mangers/Directors9. Provides clinical supervision as needed for acute care clinical staff10. Responds to codes within our acute care facilities and may lead/participate in incident debriefings11. Perform other duties as assigned. This wage does not reflect the 20% program differential.
