Prominent mental health therapy practice offering psychotherapy and psychological testing services is seeking a Therapist to join their team. They seek a compassionate, motivated, and dynamic mental health practitioner to provide services to individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. You will work with clients to develop treatment plans and provide support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
Primarily remote work is available but practice only considers employees that are able to commute into the office occasionally.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with mental health issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to provide comprehensive care to clients
Participate in staff meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and treatment plans
Stay up-to-date with best practices and developments in the field of mental health counseling
Build up and maintain a caseload of clients; plenty of referrals to keep you productive
