Responsibilities: Carry out all business development activities within the scope of retail P&C Business (Motor and Non-Motor) Define/Formulate business development actions in line with business strategy; planning and execution of defined roadmaps Continuous monitoring of market dynamics, customers/partners expectations Conducting negotiations with potential partners Conducting feasibility studies and creating business plans for the potential financial impact of business opportunities Coordinating and carrying out E2E business development cycle with all parties, including product, portfolio management, and operation teams Following the business processes and preparing the necessary documentation during the product development phase Managing and enhancing relationships with existing partners Taking an active role in Allianz global projects and activities Qualifications: Bachelor/Master Degree from Business Administration, Administrative Sciences, Insurance/Banking or related departments Minimum of 8-10 years of knowledge and experience in the insurance business or different sectors Experience in product/business development, partner management (preferably in insurance business) Professional competence in the use of written and spoken English Analytical thinker, possessing effective negotiation and persuasion skills Teamwork oriented, self-motivated, solution oriented, and open-minded, working within a true agile setup MS Office programs at an advanced level What we will offer you?
