Imaging Associates, a best-in-class outpatient imaging center in Alaska, is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist for our Anchorage and Palmer locations. Imaging Associates is proud to offer expert imaging technology and an entire team of sub-specialty radiologists. Our environment is relaxing and patient focused because our patients' health and well-being is our number one priority.
The candidate must be capable of displaying excellent customer service skills in every encounter. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and work quickly with attention to detail. The Radiology Technologist will apply the ALARA principle of radiation protection and evaluate radiographs for technical quality in accordance with industry best practices and departmental standards.
Requirements:
- current certification as ARRT (R) or Registry Eligible
- BLS required
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and co-workers
- Demonstrate ability to be productive independently or in a team environment
- Previous experience operating C-Arm for non-surgical procedures
