*RN: $50 an hour*
*LPN: $32 an hour*
*Requirements:* * Complete nursing assessment. * Monitor for changes in patient condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, indicators of disease progression. * Take vitals. * Monitor GI intake and output. * Provide education and training to patients, family, and home health aide. * Medication management. * Other duties are based on patient care plan. * Must have the ability to care for individuals from basic medical management up to end of life care.
*Qualifications:* * Reliable transportation required.
*Job Type: PRN* * Schedule:The schedule is flexible and will be worked out between nurse and the patient.
*License/Certification:* * Compact or NM state RN or LPN License required. * Work Location: Provide care in the patients home

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 7 per week
