Customer Service Representative

Description

Pamarco, the world's leading anilox supplier in technology and innovation for the printing and packaging industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work alongside our existing sales and service staff. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the inside and outside customer service team to manage customer accounts. This position is specific to our Solutions business.

Job Duties: Conduct Post Sale Follow Up, in coordination with outside sales, as appropriate Make outgoing sales calls to develop new business and support existing clients Day to day responsibilities will include managing all aspects of our customers business from quotes, order entry, problem solving, sorting out shipping details, as well as follow up and filing. Prospect must be detailed oriented and well organized, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Develop quotations in cooperation with the outside sales based on identified sales strategy and information collected from customer or partners as assigned Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items Conduct regular customer review calls as per customer review procedure and follow up as necessary Manage internal and external inventories Pack and ship customer order Technical Service:

Provide support to technical service department as required Assist in anilox audit program

Skills/Qualifications: Reading, writing, computer skills required. Arithmetic skills required 2-3 Years Inside Sales experience required Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required Experience with Microsoft F&O/CRM preferred Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Communication and interpersonal skills a must. Ability work as a team and take personal responsibility for tasks and actions
