The VIP Administrator will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while assisting the business-to-business VIP team, handling orders for small to mid-sized ($700M) companies.
The VIP Administrator will strive to obtain complete and accurate information so orders can be submitted with little to no errors. The role requires a high degree of professionalism and will call clients to obtain critical information needed to process order requests, answer incoming business phone lines dedicated to our VIP customers, create invoices, and enter phone orders. Other responsibilities will include responding to customer emails, following up with customers, and providing any additional service needs.
  • Assist VIP Team by following up with clients to secure additional information such as payments, greetings, recipient addresses, ship dates, and process order information sheets.
  • Meet and/or exceed assigned productivity goals on a regular basis.
  • Outbound calls to clients to confirm upcoming gifting needs
  • Closely follow-up with VIP Team Lead to keep them apprised of progress to gather order information and process orders
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers.
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls from clients to follow-up regarding order information.
  • Track all activity, contacts made on accounts, and updates in Salesforce.com and CCS where/when applicable.
  • Effectively meet goals to obtain information and process order information sheets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
  • Applicant must successfully pass pre-hire skills assessment, classroom training and meet all performance expectations.
  • Exceptional sales ability: must be able to enthusiastically motivate customers to purchase products and/or services.
  • Knowledge of computer based-systems, Internet, and Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) required.
  • Good verbal and written skills
