We are looking for full-time Permanency Supervisor to add to our team! All you need is a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited four-year college or university with 4 years full time child placing experience as a worker or above in a private or state agency. Valid driver’s license and meet agency underwriting standards. 

Preferred:
Master's degree in human service or related field with at least 2 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in the administration of a permanency services program or the equivalent.

A Day in The Life as a Permanency Supervisor
As a Permanency Supervisor, you will oversee a team of Permanency Case Managers and Permanency Support Workers who are providing support and services to families and children impacted by out-of-home placement with he hopes that children can return to their homes or find alternative permanency.  Supervisors help to build collaboration between other child welfare stakeholders to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and permanency of children and youth.   Supervisors work with their assigned staff to achieve goals directly related to identified outcomes and goals for children who are assigned to their units.  Supervisors are the key source of support for staff during times of crisis as well as in the everyday roles and responsibilities.
