AHA only, Required for the following: RNs, Tele, ICU, SICU, MICU, Endoscopy/GI, CCU, CVICU, CVOR, Neuro ICU, PACU, Cath Lab, ER, L&D, IR, OR AHA required. AHA only. Required for RNs: PICU (level II & III), PACU, Peds ER Required for RNs: Nursery, NICU, L&D, Peds ICU (level I) TNCC and/or ENPC will be required for RNs working ER/ED. CL – please check with facility to confirm. Required within 30 days of start. ENPC and/or TNCC will be required for RNs working ER/ED. Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start. Required for Outpatient Therapists. APEX Innovations NIHSS required for RNs: Neuro/Trauma ICU CPI Certification required for all Behavioral Health positions. Unit Specific Competency exam required within 12 months of start and must score 80% for passing. Must be updated annually for CNAs and Surg Techs only. For other specialties, the exam will not expire. Tele, Stepdown, PCU, ICU, IMC, ER. Must be completed through Relias or RN.com and must score at least 80% for passing. Must be updated annually. Must include all legal names, and every question must be fully completed. Initials at the bottom of the form must be completed. Must be completed and uploaded within 48 hours of booking.
