Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Analyst. As an HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with data analysis, reporting, and insights. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in the field of HR and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. The role is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India and is open to fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR software Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

Support the HR department in data analysis, reporting, and insights Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Conduct research on human resources best practices and industry trends Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including resume screening and interview coordination Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
