Hourly rate may change based on shift length. $1524.00 in non-taxable stipend Actual amount subject to eligibility and seasonal/annual adjustments Physical Therapist needed for home health setting surrounding York, ME 12 week assignment Must have 1 year of home health experience Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM 2 weekends in call rotation The Physical Therapist is responsible for: - Providing physical therapy services to patients in their home in accordance with a written Plan of Care approved by a physician. - The Physical Therapist makes an initial evaluation and plans with patient, and physician for on-going physical therapy services. - Initiates, reviews and implements the PT Care Plan for each patient based on the assessment and prescribed Plan of Care and revises when indicated. We need candidates with these skills: 2 or more years of Physical Therapy experience, exceptional customer service and computer skills, State of Maine PT License, Basic Life Support Certification and a valid driver's license. Located on the southern coast of Maine, this 79-bed hospital has expertise in primary care, wellness and prevention, diagnostics and detection. Care for the patients and their families is the primary focus of the facility.
