Our client is a leading Facilities Management business committed to delivering excellence in safety and operational standards. We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Group Health & Safety Manager to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety policies across the organization. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with teams to implement effective control measures. Oversee the coordination of health and safety training programs for employees. Act as the main point of contact for health and safety matters, providing expert guidance to management and staff. Manage the implementation of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM). Investigate incidents and accidents, ensuring thorough documentation and implementation of corrective actions. Regularly visit company sites across the UK, assessing and enhancing safety protocols. Qualifications and Experience: NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Proven experience in a senior health and safety role, ideally within the Facilities Management sector. In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations and their practical application. Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements: Flexibility to travel within the UK as required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Competitive salary (£50,000 - £60,000 per annum). Opportunities for professional development and growth.
