Qualifications:
1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a tax role with a focus on trusts and estates.
3. In-depth knowledge of forms 1040 and 1041, individual taxes, trust, gift, and estate taxes.
4. Proven track record of managing and leading a team.
