Bachelor's degree preferred. (2 years of related experience may substitute for the absence of a Bachelor's.) * Two years' business and/or database management experience is preferred, especially without a bachelor's degree. Familiarity with LA County IBHIS system preferred. * A valid California driver's license is preferred as there is likely travel between offices. How you will make a difference (Job Overview): This position is responsible for the following main functions for Wraparound TEAMMATES, Medicare, SVCS clients, and clients of other programs connected to SBHG and its counties: entry of DDE Billing, entry of flex-funds, OMAs, 270/271, EMR alerts, Program and Insurance Voids/Deletions, Program and Insurance Claim Denials/Rebill. Division/Program Overview: At SBHG locations, oversee the processes of Direct Data Entry (DDE) and electronic billing. Generate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) batches for various SBHG programs. Manage the entire SBHG program billing cycle, including handling unbilled and held claims, and producing necessary reports. Audit SBHG program rosters to identify and rectify any data entry errors. Ensure accurate management of SBHG program deletions and voids within the EMR, with quarterly reporting. Address denials by rebilling SBHG programs as needed. Monitor EMR finance alerts related to SBHG programs. Finally, create and maintain reports for Other Medical Assistance (OMA) and Public Funding Information (PFI), and facilitate their submission to county and company systems by sending and uploading completed forms.
