Warehouse Associate - **

Our client is growing like crazy, and we are hiring new folks for our team! A production operator job involves operating different tools and equipment used in manufacturing processes. It focuses on making sure every part of the manufacturing process is functioning effectively and ensuring the business meets its production goals and timelines.

A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

*Schedules/Hours:*
* *Day Shift, 6am to 4:30pm -$16/hour (Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts)*
* *Night Shift, 7pm to 5:30am - $18/hour (Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts)*
* *Weekends only, Days (Friday to Sunday), 6am to 6:30pm - $19/hour*

*Duties:*
* Ability to run a machine.
* Ability to measure products and count.
* Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds throughout your shift
* Repetitive motion in all departments.
* Standing 10+ hours a day (sometimes standing in one spot for 10+ hrs.).
* Bending, twisting, stooping, reaching above head.

*Qualifications:*
* High school or equivalent desired, but not mandatory. Don’t let a lack of a diploma or GED stop you from applying!
