If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Requirements: GA License 2 years of experience BLS ACLS Must have Cardiac drips, TR band removal and Bipap usage experience Vent management, intensive/critical care and ED experience preferred ENPC preferred Others : Unit doesn't accept first time travelers Unit Systems: Pyxis, EPIC & SBAR Will take local candidates This position will be hospital float pool staff and will be expected to float throughout the hospital. Nurses in this role will be caring for post surgical, medical, PCU stepdown on IP units and ER as hold patients. Competencies for these services as well as critical drips will be expected. Ratios are 1:4-1:6 depending on patient acuity.
