Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Consultant to join our team in Salem, OR. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family therapy services to patients of all ages.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible Schedule: Options for 4/10 or 5/8 work weeks; no on-call or weekend shifts.
• Competitive Salary: Annual salary range of $80,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and internal equity, with a guaranteed annual increase of 3-4%.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current license as an LCSW, LCP, or LMFT.
