A leader for In-Home Care Services in Orange County, California is now hiring a full-time Staffing/Care Coordinator Position.

The Staffing Coordinator is a key position within the agency that acts as the communication hub between our Clients and our aides in the field. Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills, be highly organized and have a positive attitude.

Strong candidates for this position must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment. We staff Home Care Aides for shifts in patients homes. Only applicants who are energetic, self-driven, organized, positive minded, team oriented, detail oriented, effective and efficient at multi-tasking need to apply. Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Experience with staffing and scheduling a plus but not required
  • Must have people skills
  • Must be able to work under time restrictions, stress and the unforeseen change of plans
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Responsibilities
  • Problem solve between client needs and employee availability
  • Multi-task a variety of duties on a daily basis
  • Maintaining our patient's schedules, which includes coordinating nursing coverage for call outs and open shifts
  • Communicate effectively to address patient and staff emotional and physical needs
  • Responding to incoming communication from employees and clients
  • Documentation to maintain patient and employee records
  • Required to be on Call one weekend of the month.

Salary Description

$22- $25
