Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the IT system infrastructure.
- Develop and implement technology strategies and disaster recovery plans.
- Analyze system metrics for continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of IT experience in mission-critical infrastructure.
- Microsoft, Citrix, and NetScaler certifications are preferred.
- Proficiency in Azure, Active Directory, M365, Windows, Citrix, VMWare, PowerShell, etc.
- Experience with virtualization, automation, and network management.
- Be a key member of a dedicated team.
