Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $2,556 per week

Certification Details Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission. Job Details No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered - please include a copy in submission Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed. All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment. All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission. All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission. All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page. All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept. Please let us know if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available. Job Requirements Minimum 24 months of current PCU experience - REQUIRED Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) Travel experience - Preferred Schedule Information All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission. Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty. Additional Details Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays.
