Job Description: The client is seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney to join our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support, handling cases from inception to resolution, and working closely with senior attorneys and clients. Key Responsibilities: Case Management:

Handle all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and court appearances. Client Interaction:

Provide legal advice to clients, conduct client meetings, and maintain strong client relationships. Collaboration:

Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Research & Writing:

Conduct thorough legal research and draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs, motions, and memoranda. Court Appearances:

Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings. Compliance:

Ensure all actions are in compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications: Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Bar Admission:

Must be a member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar. Experience:

2-5 years of litigation experience preferred, particularly in insurance defense, business litigation, or construction defect.
