Production team lead

As a Production Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our manufacturing unit. You will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment for all employees.Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet the highest quality standards and specifications.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of approximately 10 subordinates to achieve production goals.Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing principles and tools to drive efficiency and reduce waste.Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate an understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly injection molding, assembly, extrusion, and compression. Qualifications: Minimum Vocational School education with extensive experience in manufacturing.Preferred: Technical College degree.2-3 years of experience in a similar managerial role.Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
