*Description:*
The customer service team is the end point for the customers, they speak and collaborate with them for order entry, tracking, customer support, issues and anything the customer might need. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist both internal and external customers to facilitate general sales support including ordering, reporting and overdelivering a world class customer service experience.
Responsible for:
- 40+ calls/day
*Order entry and release for National Account orders
*Customer maintenance

*Qualifications:*
Must Haves:
- 2 years of call center experience or high volume customer service
*- Order Entry*
- Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams

*Hours:*
Hybrid Schedule - 3 days onsite, 2 days at home *(this is after 2-3 months of training onsite)*
Tuesday and Wednesday in office are mandatory, 3rd day in office rotates each week.
Hours: 8-5pm
Lunch Break: 1 hour unpaid lunch break
