Responsibilities

At Peraton we drive missions of consequence spanning the globe. As the world's leading mission capability integrator and transformative enterprise engineering provider we deliver trusted engineering capabilities to our nation's security and provide solutions which keep our nation safe. The Space and Intelligence Sector is seeking a junior-level Systems Engineer to work within our dynamic Sensor Integration team in Chantilly VA. The Sensor Integration team supports the Government by providing systems engineering and integration support for NGA's Sensor Integrations (TIS) Office. This team provides strategic and solutions-level systems engineering support for the integration of new sensor capabilities into the Enterprise architecture. This position is within our NSG Radar Ground (NRG) program. You will be working within a team providing strategic and innovative solutions for integrating radar data, products, analytic services, etc. within the Enterprise.

Skills and Experience:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or in related technical or scientific fields such as engineering, physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or related equivalent additional experience of 4 years with no degree and 2 years with a non-STEM degree.
• Junior-level experience working systems engineering in government or industry.
• Experience with (or knowledge of) systems that process SAR data, or imagery experience.
• TS/SCI or ability to obtain and SCI and Poly.
Desired:

• Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools and languages.
• Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project work experience.
• Previous IC or DoD program/project work experience.
2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
