About the Position
Position / Specialty: Cath Lab RN Days
Shift: 5x8s, Monday – Friday 730am – 4pm, unless cases are done earlier or end later then they flex off to volume
Ratios: N/A
Weekend REQ: One weekend a month or two
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): Yes, will need to take call either one weekend a month or two
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? The traveler will float to EP once a week to assist with cases
Required/Preferred
Years of experience REQ: at least one year in Cath Lab
First-timers accepted: Yes
License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
Certs REQ (MUSC only accepts American Heart Association (AHA)): BLS, ACLS
Trauma Level REQ: N/A
Special Requirements: Cath Lab Experience, manager would also like someone that has Impella insertion, cardioversion, and tilt table study experience. Preferred: EP experience, can monitor (pace and burn), circulate, and scrubs in EP cases. Can scrub in cath cases.
