You will work closely with automotive part manufacturers all around the world to ensure timely delivery of quality parts to our door. You will work with different departments to ensure any newly sourced material or change is coordinated and executed on-time and with the highest quality. What you can look forward to as an Account Representative: Act as the liaison between the OEM and ZF maintaining a positive working relationship. Meet with OEM regularly and negotiate plant needs while ensuring any OEM requests are brought to the plant for discussion or resolution. Find additional value add or cost savings for the plant and be able to document and negotiate them with the OEM. Analyze purchase order terms and conditions (pricing/implementation dates) and inform relevant functions about deviations. Monitor timely issuing of purchase orders and payments, including reconciliation management. Coordinate reconciliations with OEM (e.g. adjusted logistic values) and escalate missing payment to follow up the dunning process. Escalate topics to plant management or supervisors if OEM or ZF requirements are not met or if critical deviations occur. Track and capture plant overtime data and assist in negotiations with OEM. Submit Obsolescence Claims and negotiate payment from OEM within a 30-day window. Your Profile as an Account Representative: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal oversight. 1+ years of experience in MS Office and SAP. Fluency in written and verbal English language communication. Willing to travel (up to 10%). Preferred Skills & Experience: Master’s Degree (i.e. M.B.A.) or other professional certifications.
