Evening Nursing Supervisor needed at a skilled nursing,long term care facility located in Rome,  New York !!!!!

**SALARY- UP TO $50/HR (depending on experience)**

$10K SIGN ON BONUS

Qualifications of the Evening Nursing Supervisor:

• Must have NY RN license
• Must have managerial experience skilled nursing
• Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
• Excelent Oral and written communication skills  
• Proven leadership & management skills
•  Must be a self-starter and energetic

Responsibilities of the Evening Nursing Supervisor:

• The RN Supervisor is accountable for the administrative, clinical, and professional development of facility personnel for the designated shift.
• The RN Supervisor coordinates, directs, and oversees all aspects of the delivery of nursing care.
• The RN Supervisor demonstrates competence in leadership and relevant clinical experience.
• The RN Supervisor collaborates with physicians and other health care professionals; complies with orders in a timely manner.
• The RN Supervisor conducts unit rounds, ensuring that clinical practices are delivered within the facility's established standards of care.
• The RN Supervisor maintains standards of care in accordance with regulatory agencies.
