Reliability Engineer

Job Description Review operating losses and inefficiencies. Follow up on breakdowns to identify root causes and determine preventive action with emphasis on SAP-managed preventive maintenance. Consider new technologies or services to improve mechanical reliability. Analyze plant reliability using KPIs to monitor progress and guide improvement. Assess long-term asset reliability needs. Serve as subject-matter-expert for preventive and predictive maintenance technologies. Collaborate with site maintenance teams to improve maintenance function efficacy. Collaborate with site operating teams to advance Basic Care (TPM) model. Must be open to travel- up to 20% of the time. Must Have Bachelor's in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Electromechanical 3-5 years of Reliability Engineering experience CAPEX experience Experience working with pumps, rotating equipment and/or mixers Project management Ability to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), electrical drawings, process control narratives or equipment specifications Nice to Have Experience in a Chemical or Automotive Manufacturing environment Experience with SAP CMMS Plant operating experience with maintenance and reliability responsibility.
