At QTS, we are committed to seeing that our nurses receive the best possible wages and associated employment benefits, along with the highest level of service by our experienced team Tele Med Surg Travel RN • Plan, execute, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with the health care team. • Evaluate medical information and provide direct care to pre- and post-surgery patients. • Monitor patients’ vitals and report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner. • If necessary, respond to medical emergency and alert appropriate team members. • Flexibility to travel to the assignment location. • Availability to work the facility’s required schedule. • Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner. • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care. • Also referred to as: tele m/s registered nurse, tele medical surgical nurse, telemetry nurse, telemetry medical surgical nurse, telemetry med surg nurse.
