Lasata is actively recruiting for a 3rd Shift RN Supervisor.

Hourly Pay Based on Experience. Up to $11,500.00 sign-on bonus

Hours: 10:30p-06:30a Requirements: Must have a current and active RN License for the state of WI.

Job Description - Directs and supervises all care related and personnel related issues for all nursing staff. - Makes daily rounds on all floors and confers with staff related to care and personnel issues - Evaluates the performance of nursing department and takes action as required - Works closely with the In-Service and Quality Assurance nurse in regard to procedures and training of Certified Nursing Assistants on assigned shift - Performs nursing tasks as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Comprehensive knowledge of modern nursing techniques, routines and methods applied in health care institutions - Comprehensive knowledge of the rules, regulations, policies, goals and philosophy of a nursing home facility - Ability to supervise personnel and assess personnel requirements - Ability to supervise the proper care of residents to see that orders of the physicians are carried out - Ability to encourage a proper professional attitude among the members of the nursing staff - Ability to prepare accurate and detailed clinical, medical and other records and reports - Dependability - Good physical condition
