Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Property/casualty insurance background and jewelry industry experience are helpful.
- Workday experience preferred.
- ERP Implementation/ conversion experience preferred.
- Proficiency in common Microsoft applications, including MS Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of project management applications, Mind Mapping Software, and prototyping applications (e.g. Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Axure, iRise, Microsoft Expression Studio).
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification and/or Usability (UX) Certifications are desirable
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
