The successful candidate will play a key role in handling a diverse range of litigation matters for clients across the United States. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex business litigation matters.

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Assist with all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation.

Maintain organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Ohio State Bar; admission to additional state bars is a plus.

3-5 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting.

Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation tactics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Prior clerkship experience preferred.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Ohio State Bar; admission to additional State Bars is a plus.
