Position: Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Location: Bothell, WA 98021
Duration: 12 Months ([Possibility to convert to fulltime, depending on performance and business need)
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Shift Timings: Monday to Friday - 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM
Job Summary:
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for handling materials, and shipping products both domestically and internationally, boxing instruments (up to 60lbs)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Accurately record and manage inventory of all received goods.
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with carriers and logistics companies for timely deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform regular inventory audits and assist with stocktaking activities.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in shipping and receiving in a warehouse background.
  • Must have experience in shipping domestically and internationally.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Excel and navigating through a computer system
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
