We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, a deep understanding of DevOps systems, and a passion for ensuring the highest quality in software products. You will work closely with our development and product teams to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for our various software components.

Create and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage using tools such as Playwright and Jest for Electron applications, and pytest for Python packages.

Collaborate with software engineers to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.

Conduct regression testing to validate software changes and enhancements.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD for efficient testing and deployment.

Ensure that software testing activities comply with industry standards and best practices.

Provide detailed reports on test results, including defect tracking and resolution.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and AI technologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Software Test Engineer or Quality Assurance Engineer, preferably in AI or machine learning projects.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing techniques.

Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, and Golang.

Experience with testing frameworks like Playwright, Jest, and pytest.

Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD for continuous integration and deployment.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Basic knowledge of Rust codebases is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are desirable but not required.
