Responsibilities

Participatein Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprintreviews, and retrospectives. ·
Actas the voice of the customer, making informed decisions to deliver the highestvalue to end-users. ·
Ensurecontinuous feedback from stakeholders and end-users, making necessaryadjustments to the product backlog. ·
Collaboratewith the Product Management team to align product strategies with businessgoals. ·

10+Years of Proven experience as an IT Product Owner in an Agile or SAFe Agileenvironment. ·
In-depthknowledge of Agile and SAFe Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, andLean-Agile principles. ·
Anexcellent Lead Product Owner with the ability to oversee and guide otherProduct Owners. ·
Proficientin handling end-to-end planning and coordination. ·
Demonstratesa strong understanding of SAFe Agile portfolio practices. ·
Strongunderstanding of the product development life cycle and product managementprocesses. ·
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively withstakeholders and development teams. ·
Demonstratedability to translate business requirements into clear and detailed user storiesand acceptance criteria. ·
Proficiencyin Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Rally, or VersionOne. ·
Analyticaland problem-solving skills to address complex product challenges. ·
Leadershipqualities with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams. ·
CertifiedScrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)certification is desirable but not mandatory. ·
