- Experienced drivers earn up to $83k/year* + $500 Orientation Pay

Company Drivers
- Average $70k-$83k/year* depending on location
- $0.02 per mile fuel and safety bonus
- Home every 7-10 days
- $500 orientation pay
- Dry van freight; 100% no-touch
- 50/50 drop and hook to live unload ratio
- $20 Stop Pay excluding first and last delivery
- Military vets receive additional compensation with a valid DD214
- Full Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance
- Equipment
- Uncapped referral program
- High percentage of contracted freight with many FreightWaves "award" shippers
- Paid miles empty and loaded while on duty (do not pay deadhead miles back home)
- Low number of drivers per dispatcher; easier and more effective communication
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 22 years of age
- 12 months experience in last 24 months
- SAP drivers not eligible for hire
