How You'll Make a Difference:
The Mobile Services Manager is an integral part of our outreach team serving the state of North Dakota. This position will lead, organize, and develop the mobile arm of our care model. The position requires high energy, flexibility, creativity and the ability to work well with a team. This position will be establishing connections and building relationships with community organizations, all while collaborating with our internal outreach team. The Mobile Service Manager will utilize these community connections to create events in which we can engage the populations we are serving.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to provide strong organizational skills to schedule and plan outreach events, allowing for all logistics and staffing necessary for success.
  • Oversee all logistics related to mobile van units, such as storage, maintenance & cleaning.
  • Overall responsibility for the integrity of the mobile units, as well as the supplies and equipment utilized within the units.
  • Creating and maintaining an inventory process for supplies to operate the mobile units.
  • Integrate with various staff that will work within the mobile units to promote safety, efficiency and professionalism.
  • Develop a well-organized scheduling platform to keep several leaders informed of upcoming events and staff involved.
  • Maintain all data related to the event outcomes in order to allow for process improvement for future events.
  • Ability to do initial and ongoing hands-on training for all staff driving the mobile units.
  • Develop and maintain travel logs.
  • Be a subject matter expert regarding regulatory requirements of mobile services.
  • Oversee all education and competency assessments for all staff operating the mobile units and monitor ongoing needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the organization.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
  • 3 years of leadership/ management experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of health care services and other medical terminology is a required.
  • Current BLS/ CPR certification required
  • Current TB test and maintain a negative test annually required
  • Hep B Vax/ Titer proof (Company does offer/ or may sign a declination) required.
  • Current Flu shot (or sign waiver/ follow mask policy) required.
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented and ability to document and maintain historical data
  • Professional communication style in both written and verbal communication
  • Must be comfortable with some "cold calling" and prospecting to develop relationships with external entities.
  • Strong experience with scheduling multiple events and collaboration with directors/colleagues to utilize available staff.
  • Basic understanding of operating a fleet of vehicles and all necessary knowledge to be successful.
  • Language & Communication Skills:
    • Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders.
    • Must be fluent in both spoken and written English and maintain professionalism in all verbal and written correspondence with both internal and external clients.
  • Decision Making:
    • Strong ability to self-manage time and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer Skills:
    • Able to utilize necessary programs to ensure effective communication, collection of metrics, and proprietary software; including but not limited to: Microsoft product suite, revenue cycle management software and other software as necessary.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
