Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Large Senior Living Community

Job Description  

The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting the clinical team at the community. A successful LPN has the ability to take direction and work well in stressful situations. A good LPN has great observational skills and empathy for patients while remaining professional.  

Responsibilities  

  • Monitor patients throughout their treatment  
  • Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs  
  • Ensure that patients take their medication  
  • Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community  
  • Liaise with patients' families  

Qualifications  

  • Completed LPN license program  
  • Computer skills  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Love for seniors!
