The Quantitative Analytics Senior Manager position is responsible for ensuring the reasonableness and consistency of statistical models, analytics and methodologies used in decision making in SF guarantee business. Our Impact:

Our team is business user to a number of Tier 1 models. Our goal is to utilize all available models and tools to facilitate and optimize credit risk management and decision strategies.

Our team is responsible for forecast SF credit loss and enhance company decision making in terms of loan acquisition.

Your Impact:

Take the leading role of the expanded significant business user, managing and mitigating model governance risks, including model findings, MRA, IA findings, etc.

Leading the efforts on effective model uses of SF Tier 1 models and model processes.

Providing thoughtful inputs on the development of model and model methodology.

Collaborating with 2nd Line of Defense, Internal Auditor in governance process and response to regulators.

Actively building and engaging the model community through effective communication and leadership.

Communicate to senior management on various model and model use related topics.

Response quickly with a small team to urgent quantitative analysis requests.

Building strong productive relationship with various stakeholders across three lines of defenses.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience and expertise in credit risk modeling and risk mitigation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Master or PhD degree in quantitative finance, statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Minimum 5-7 years of industry experience and 2 years of people management experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly written communication skills.

Self‐motivated, with the capability of managing multiple priorities and efficient in proposing solutions.
