Description

This position has a flex schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Deputy Assistant Director for HSPRS reports to the HSPRS Associate Director and will conduct oversight and coordination to ensure holistic, culturally competent services for minors and their families. The Deputy Assistant Director will ensure the effectiveness and quality of services through supportive program management, data management, trend analysis, training, and technical assistance.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 1 years of experience relevant to the position and working with vulnerable or migrant populations; 3 years preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential material in a responsible manner.

Able and willing to travel domestically up to 25% of time.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Must pass FBI and CA/N checks.

Must be 21 years of age.

Driver's License with clean driving record required.

EDUCATION:

Master's degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields; or bachelor's degree and at least three years progressive employment and supervisory experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience.

Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.
