As a Staff Accountant, you’ll mainly support the Accounting and Finance team to ensure all transactional items are captured and accounted for on a monthly basis.
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time onsite position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs balance sheet account analysis and accuracy of transactions affecting the general ledger. Ensures those transactions are recorded and reconciled each month.
  • Prepares daily bank entries for multiple accounts and ensures cash receipts, credit card transactions and disbursements are reconciled
  • Assists in the processing of payables and receivables and reconciles vendor statements each month.
  • Monitor and manage end-to-end processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy, correct coding, and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and review accounts payable reports, such as AP aging summaries.
  • Manage the year-end 1099 process and other financial compliance requirements.
  • Other duties and projects assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
  • Experience with Excel and accounting software packages (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$56,000-$70,000 annually
The compensation range for this position is between $56,000 - $70,000 per year. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
