This dynamic role requires a proactive, quick-learning individual capable of managing various relationships with senior executives and employees, which necessitates strong communication skills. You will rely on your exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills and multitasking ability to independently manage executives' schedules, anticipate future needs, and enhance overall team efficiency, contributing significantly to the smooth functioning of the organization in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer.ResponsibilityOversee comprehensive calendar management for various meetings, events, and travel across multiple time zonesPlan and schedule intricate domestic and international travel arrangementsManage executives' time efficiently, including handling their emails, preparing documents, and organizing meetingsMaintain business rhythms through effective agenda management, meticulous note-taking, and overseeing logistics while tracking deliverables and deadlinesCoordinate and organize logistics for various meetings, conferences, and special eventsHandle expense reports and manage purchasing requirements as necessaryOrganize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities, ensuring deadline adherenceCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels to efficiently gather information, generate reports, and maintain continuous information flowServe as a liaison for executives, facilitating information exchange with senior leaders and other organizational membersProvide backup support for other Executive Assistants and executives as neededEngage actively in the administrative community, contributing to collaborative effortsEstablish cross-functional partnerships with various departments inside the organizationOther duties, as assigned Job DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
