What’s the OPPORTUNITY? –Loan Coordinator

The Loan Coordinator plays a crucial role in our consumer lending team. They are responsible for reviewing loan files to ensure that all the necessary documentation is complete and accurate. They work closely with the Lenders to make the necessary corrections in case of any errors. Additionally, the Loan Coordinator is responsible for submitting all title work, lien filings, and UCC’s to the appropriate state or county daily.

Additionally, the base pay for the Loan Coordinator will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills and qualifications within our market range of $14.78 - $22.17/hour.

This position is a full-time on-site role in our Helena, Montana location.

What Can you Bring?

The minimum qualifications for the Loan Coordinator position are:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 12 months experience in the financial industry or similar title work experience.
  • 6 months with similar title work or loan file experience is preferred.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail required to ensure proper, accurate and timely recording, filing and dissemination of information.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to handle negative or emotionally charge situations effectively and appropriately.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
