American Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Private Duty LPN for school-based contract positions throughout the La Plata area for the 24/25 school year.
LPN Private Duty Job Details:- Pay Rate: $27.50-$35.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday no call, no weekends, no holidays
- Hours: School bell hours, approximately 35 hours per week
- Contract: 2024/2025 school year with optional summer school
- Located In: La Plata, MD
- Requirements: Qualified applicants MUST be licensed as an LPN and willing to obtain MD licensure.
As a Private Duty LPN in schools, youll deliver consistent, high-quality nursing care to a child in a school setting. These patients typically require dedicated nursing care and management due to chronic or terminal conditionsand youll ensure they can learn and engage in a class setting while having their health needs met. Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the students vitals and symptomsadministering medication and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
- COMPENSATION that is competitive, negotiable, and paid weekly
- HOURLY PAY with overtime opportunities
- BONUSES when you refer others. $500 for you and $500 for them
