Home Health Physical Therapist

Citizens Memorial Foundation in Bolivar, MO is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to join their dynamic team providing services to our Home Health patients to ease their recovery time and improve mobility.

A typical day for the Physical Therapist will include assessing and treating patients in their homes, improving mobility and recovery, and traveling to the homes of the patients. This position covers a designated area during the week with weekend coverage for the service area. You will arrange your schedule to see the patients, creating autonomy and flexibility.
The position is Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm with one weekend every 6 weeks and holiday rotation. Additional weekend differential is paid for weekend shifts.
Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduation from an accredited college with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Experience: New graduates welcome; 1 year of experience preferred
• Skills: Patient care
• Licensure/Certification: Licensed by the Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts
