Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week

Length : 13 weeks

Must work at least every other holiday

Requirements:

• Must have OH/Compact License in hand
• Must have minimum of 1.5 years recent Neuro ICU/Neuro Stepdown experience
• Must have 1.5 years PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• NIHSS 

Other Details:

• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital – NEURO Step Down.Night shift: 3x12 hour shifts, 7pm-7:30amMUST HAVE minimum of 18 months recent Neuro ICU/Neuro Stepdown experience.MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDTraveler must work at least every other holiday.Familiarity with EVD's, central lines, stroke and seizure patients.PBDS Assessment – waivedECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is requiredQualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked

All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE
