Norman Regional Health System is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intermediate Care Unit team. Our nurses provide award-winning care to a wide variety of patients with complex medical conditions, with a focus on stroke care. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker and highly skilled in rapidly assessing and intervening with immediate attention for patients. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other health professionals
- Assess and analyze patient data
- Establish and plan care strategy
- Delegate tasks safely and provide direct and indirect nursing care
- Evaluate responses to interventions
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare field preferred
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Completion of Vizient/AACN Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program for new graduates
Compensation:
- $27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience
- Shift Differentials available
