We are a 6 beds Congregate Living Health Facility Located Tracy. We are currently recruiting CNAs t fill our full time positions in our new facility at Tracy. We service medically fragile sub-acute level patients. Experience with trach/vent patients is preferred.
CNA:
•Must have at least 2 years' experience. Experience in subacute facility preferred.
•Current California CNA certification and current American Heart Association CPR certification required.
•Knowledge of CNA tasks including patient hygiene, assistance with feeding, and dressing, taking vital signs, transferring patient and assisting nursing staff.
•Must have good interpersonal skills with care and compassion.
12-hour day/nights /weekend shifts are available full time or part time.
Compensation is based on experience.
